Moruya to become RV-friendly town, boosting local tourism
Moruya will be officially declared an RV-friendly town following a unanimous council decision. The designation, authorized by the Campervan and Motorhome Club of Australia, aims to attract touring vehicles by providing specific amenities. The council has already established on-street parking for long vehicles, a free dump point, potable water, and 10 overnight sites at the North Heads Campground. The only direct cost to ratepayers is $290 for two signs.
