Travel Trailer Destroyed by Fire on A8 Motorway Near Haag am Hausruck

A travel trailer caught fire and burned out completely on the A8 Innkreis motorway. The driver, a 44-year-old man, noticed smoke from a tire, stopped, and unsuccessfully attempted to extinguish the blaze with a handheld fire extinguisher before detaching the trailer. A suspected seized brake may have caused the fire, leading to traffic restrictions and a brief congestion for about an hour.
