Winterthur: New Schützenweiher Campsite to Go to a Public Vote

A referendum has been called in Winterthur concerning the redevelopment of the Schützenweiher campsite. Voters will decide on a 6.9 million franc project to replace the 70-year-old site, which would displace approximately 60 permanent campers and a group of squatters. The new campsite would be managed by the TCS motoring club and accessed via a new road, which is also subject to the referendum.
